After some problems with those custom urls i hope that i could fix every problem, also the rss feed should contain correct urls now.

By the way, at last Markus Flatscher's incremental search hack(index-showallsnips) works because because it used customised urls initially.

Just wanted to let you know that I recently updated indexinc.js to make it case insensitive, after Stefan rightly pointed out that that would be more useful.
