Added ppp's alias linking which allows to use links that fits better to the context altough it aims to completely different named snips.

Updated mf's indecinx.js to make index-showallsnips case insensitive as he let me know.

Finally I changed something in the dj templates to force using dj2, it's better to do so. Actually it was possible to use dj2, but it looked very ugly. It may look strange in some old snips where dj and dj2 are mixed up but it won't happen in future any more and it doesn't affect many snips.
